Meet Your Learning Facilitators
Laurie Proctor is co-founder of SOWthat Inc., a transformational and integrative coaching organization that focuses on conscious living and the connection between mind, body and spirit in our personal and professional lives.
As an executive and transformational coach, leadership consultant and certified Enneagram trainer, Laurie is passionate about finding the unique brilliance in each of her clients and helping them unleash it into their workplaces, personal lives and the world with power, ease and authenticity. She believes lasting change is created when people have the space and support to examine themselves fully in the context of their roles as individuals and then as members of their communities and the larger world.
Before launching SOWthat, Laurie spent more than 25 years in progressive roles within the technology sector in the areas of business development, marketing, management and human talent and acquisition.
Jean Masukevich is co-founder of SOWthat Inc., a transformational and integrative coaching company that focuses on conscious living and the connection between mind, body and spirit in our personal and professional lives.
As an integrative coach, yoga instructor and spiritual director, Jean’s mission is to guide others to greater mind, body, spirit integration and connection to their authentic self. She cultivates and leads communities of care where individuals and groups heal through sharing their stories, movement, writing, mindfulness, integrative prayer and creativity.
Before launching SOWthat, Jean spent over 20 years as a special education teacher, Christ-centered yoga instructor and trauma guide for adults and children effected by cancer.
There is no other, and no better way to describe the experience other than to say I was a different person when I arrived home than who I was when I left that morning.
It was restorative, life-giving, life-changing.
