PLC103Finding Purpose and the Courage to be Here
2-10-2018 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Having discovered an honest sense of calling in PLC 101: Demystify Finding Your Calling, and identified a genuine portfolio of evidenced talent in PLC 102: Discovering Your Unique Gifts & Talents, now the haunting question most of us are plagued with becomes, “So what is my purpose in life?”
Purpose is an ongoing discipline refined with time and adapted with experiment. It requires courage and persistence. It is the lifelong application of your sense of call (God’s contribution) and gifts (your stewardship and cultivation) blended together into your choices of service, career and community.
In this workshop participants will examine their discoveries of call in PLC 101 with their discovering of gifts in PLC 102 and build a plan for how those insights might combine into real future choices. This workshop takes a practical look at plotting a course for the next year that allows you to experience your gifts and talents fueled by your sense of calling and taste, perhaps for the first time, the purpose you have longed to discover.
