Are you finding yourself under the constant strain of feeling over-committed as a family?
Do you struggle to let anything go because you don’t want your kids to miss out?
Are you feeling as though you are screwing up your kids (you’re not!) or that your mental load is just too full?
Are you wanting to raise emotionally regulated kids but finding it hard to regulate your own?

Join us as we learn how to navigate boundaries for you and your kids and make parenting choices that are rooted in YOUR values and vision for your family.

This workshop will help you:

  • Gain a new perspective on your parenting, child behavior and personal growth
  • “Get into the child’s world” to discover what works and what doesn’t for practical application
  • Learn effective tools and strategies to ease the transition back to school.

The workshop will be based upon the Positive Discipline method which believes the best way to learn is experientially. No more boring lectures that are too often forgotten. Learn through activities that help parents “get into the child’s world” to discover what works and what doesn’t for practical application. You will walk away with parenting strategies you can implement right away!

Here’s what people are saying about this workshop:

“The training that Cher Anderton delivered for our Natural Leaders was outstanding. Everything she did embodied mindfulness and compassion, from her thoughtful planning to her approachable delivery. During the training there was a delightful balance of Cher’s knowledge and space for the moms to share their own experiences. The activities were thought provoking, engaging and of course fun. By the end everyone left feeling empowered as parents and ready to manage the stress that comes with it.” ~ Washington Alliance for Better Schools
