My role as your Liminal Guide:

I discovered what I want to do while facing my own liminal space.  You might call it a “quarter-life crisis”.  I knew my work as a therapist and consultant was close to what I wanted but something felt missing. I decided to hire a guide to help me dig into my questions and find the vocational clarity I longed to have.  I no longer wanted to dabble with the question, “What do I want to do with my life?”  After a season of focused discernment, an opportunity found me: working as a Liminal Guide at Liminal Space.

There is so much more I could say about my journey through my liminal space.  It was challenging.  And, it was deeply liberating.  I want that same freedom for you as you navigate your liminal space.  As your Liminal Guide, I want to help you enjoy the life you have been given. Life transitions are disruptive, uncomfortable, and typically anything but ‘enjoyable’. Too many of us look at these unpleasant seasons as something to ‘get past’ and move on from. But I believe transitions are the very seasons of life that can lead to deep and lasting growth.

As your Liminal Guide, I am interested in you feeling aligned with your goodness, gifting, and potential. Your challenges and troubles are important for us to listen to, but relief from your uncertainty is not what this moment is ultimately about.  Inside the uncertainty you are feeling is an invitation to see who you are and who you will be well beyond this challenging chapter of life. To transition through this season well, I will help you tap into your strength and creativity as you ask the difficult questions: How did I get here? Who am I and what do I want for my life?  And, perhaps the most challenging question we all face during a life transition, now what?

I will help you dig into these questions and the truths that may be buried deep beneath the surface. As I get to know you, I will listen for patterns and themes from your life and reflect back to you the connections I see. As we sift through the data, we will begin to paint a picture for how you got here and what steps lie before you. From there I will walk with you every step of the way, encouraging you, challenging you, and helping you stay the course.

If you find yourself in a significant life transition, there is no time like the present to take the first step and schedule a free exploratory session. I’m absolutely thrilled to get to meet you and would be honored to walk with you on the journey ahead.
