Welcome, Friend
If you're feeling overwhelmed or uncertain in the midst of a major life change, you've come to the right place.
Liminal Space is a place for people navigating the questions that often accompany transition: What now? What do I really want? Who am I becoming?
As your guide, I help you slow down, ask the right questions, make meaningful discoveries, and find clarity about what comes next.
No matter how foggy or uncertain things feel today, I believe the future can hold more possibility than you can currently see. Together, we'll explore what this transition is asking of you and begin creating a path forward that feels meaningful and authentically yours.
Ready? Let's begin.
How I Can Help
Life transitions are rarely just about what is changing around you.
They are about discovering who you are becoming—and learning how to move forward with intention.
At Liminal Space, we help individuals and couples navigate the significant transitions that reshape a life. Whether you're standing at a career crossroads, preparing for retirement, becoming an empty nester, or simply sensing that the life you've built no longer fits, our work gives you space to slow down, listen deeply, and discover what's next.
Experienced Guidance
Major transitions can be difficult to navigate alone. I provide a thoughtful, experienced presence to help you make sense of what's changing and explore what comes next.
Proven Framework
The Liminal Space approach is built around a five-part framework designed to help you move through transition with greater awareness, clarity, and intention.
Meaningful Next Steps
Insight matters, but transition eventually requires movement. Together, we'll turn what you're discovering into meaningful experiments, decisions, and next steps that help you move forward with greater confidence.
Navigating major life changes can feel overwhelming and confusing.
Nobody should have to go through a life transition alone.
Major change can leave you with more questions than answers. Having someone beside you—someone who knows how to listen, ask meaningful questions, and help you see what you may not yet see—can make all the difference.
As your guide, I'll help you make sense of what is changing, understand what matters most, and explore the possibilities emerging in front of you.
Wondering about your next chapter? Let's talk.
“My life has unfolded as a series of transitions, which I typically welcomed until I found myself in an especially challenging one. With so much disequilibrium, I struggled to solve it on my own. My Liminal Guide became a trusted guide and companion. This process helped me yield to grieving and letting go of what was over and patiently explore and exist while waiting for rejuvenation and clarity about what would serve me best for the future. Through experienced skill, wisdom, insights, resourcefulness, consideration, and care, I am thriving now. “

“I first engaged with Jon at a point in my career where it had become clearI had to make some hard decisions if I was going to be truly fulfilled in how I spent my days. I had an overwhelming sense that I had reached a state of stasis and atrophy. My guide helped me identify my strengths, evaluate what brought me fulfillment, and envision a future where I felt stimulated and found satisfaction. He helped me to begin building a plan to manifest that future, if not in my next role, then moving forward deliberately with opportunities that moved me towards it. I am now a successful founder, entrepreneur, and executive. My career and my identity are in harmony, I love what I do, and the work I did with Jon years ago was an integral step forward on the path I took to get here.”

“I had recently left my tech career and knew I needed to rethink my work. I was burnt out and restless, but I had no idea where to start. After reaching out to Liminal Space, I knew this was the help I needed. My 1:1s always left me inspired with fresh insights about my life and work. The writing exercises were always thoughtful and helped me see my life's work in new ways. I've done plenty of personality tests and self-reflecting, but I never would have gotten where I am today without this help. I am now starting my own business which, for the first time in my life, feels like an authentic reflection of who I am and the work I was born to do. I can't recommend Liminal Space enough!”

“When I began my Liminal Space journey, I thought I knew what to expect. I was contemplating a career shift, had recently had a baby, and just bought a new house 15 minutes away in a new town. I figured I needed someone to help me process through those shifts. Boy, did I get more than I bargained for! What I thought would be glorified career counseling turned into mining through past life experiences, uncovering pain points, understanding what makes me come alive, reframing personal narratives, and finding confidence in myself as well as an ability to hear my own voice for the first time in my adult life. I used to think about my life in terms of milestones: get married, buy a house, land my dream job, start a family, etc. But those moments are really just the ones for the photo albums. Life happens in between those and Liminal Space teaches you how to navigate those times with grace and joy. This work is sacred and something everyone should participate in at some point in their lives. The tools are transformational and I’ll be able to utilize them in every life transition I encounter.”

How it Works
Schedule a Conversation.
Start with a free exploratory conversation. This is an opportunity for us to talk about the transition you're navigating, what's feeling uncertain or difficult, and what you're hoping for in the next chapter of your life. We'll also explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
Begin the Work.
If we decide to work together, we'll begin meeting regularly. Through conversation, reflection, and carefully designed exercises, you'll begin discovering more about who you are, what matters to you, and what this transition may be inviting you toward.
Move forward with Intention.
Insight gradually becomes action. As clarity emerges, we'll explore meaningful experiments, conversations, decisions, and commitments that help you begin living into what you're discovering. The goal isn't simply to have a plan. It's to gain enough clarity and confidence to take the next meaningful step.
